First of all, if you are new to my blog, I just want to say hello and welcome!
Glad we could meet in this small world of internet blogging.
For those who don’t know me my name is Soo Cha, but I have an American name, Tabitha. And I don’t like that name because most people can’t pronounce it right.
I’d give all sorts of example, but it’d be too boring so let’s move on, shall we?
I guess you can say I semi-quit my job just to travel full-time. Wait, what?! Well, that’s not true. I actually work seasonal jobs (summer and winter, possibly spring) and travel off-season.
Also, I’m a recent college graduate and I’m still trying to figure out what I want to do with my life. The career path hasn’t been easy, but I’m currently exploring my passions at the moment.
So far, I’ve been a zipline guide and a line cook at a whitewater rafting company in North Carolina, interned at a non-profit outdoor company, worked as an extra in several different short films, and even worked as an outdoor educator.
You see, my passion is both travel and the outdoors. But it’s really hard to fit into the outdoor industry personally as I lack many experiences (I’m still growing ❤️).
I’m also extremely introverted and shy, but I push myself to get out of my comfort zone and talk to people. I guess you can say I express myself better through writing than talking.
For me, blogging is a way I can truly express myself through my stories and words. You can say this is like a diary with travel guides and tips, of course (for my readers ❤️).
The Little Nugget That Could is still going through many changes and experimenting with different ideas on what to write about.
I’m also thinking about writing an inspiring story or interview of people I met during my travels, whether it’s a local or another traveller. Either or I’m really content with my decision to start this blog and have many more exciting adventures to share with you.
So follow along my journey Little Nuggets as I aim to inspire you to get out of your comfort zone, explore and see the world. ❤️
